What will happen

The inspection should take no more than 1-1½ hours.  During this time access is needed to all rooms and the roof space.   The inspector will then go away and collate all the data from your property and produce the Energy Performance Certificate.  Included with the certificate will be recommendations for making your home more energy efficient.
